Course description

CII is pleased to introduce a twelve-month, pg programme “Innovation by Design”. The programme has been designed to enable engineers, managers and designers and to learn new-age skills to lead value creation processes within organisations through innovation by design and design thinking. The programme has been created in response to increasing industry demand for innovation specialists who can sustain the organization’s leadership in the marketplace. • Suitable for middle level managers / executives from any discipline • The programme is a combination of theory and strategy from a design thinking context. • Completion of an innovation project for participants on a subject important to their company • Taught by leading practitioners from across the globe The participants would learn how to generate organic growth by leveraging design thinking in innovation, combine research and design methods into a process, and make innovation more predictable, repeatable, and scalable.
