Objective:
The online program aims to create awareness on Safety and precautions to undertake while serving guests during Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). This program would be based upon the guidelines issued by Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (dated 4th June) and would be updated as and when there is any amendment to the guidelines.

Target Audience:
This online program would be open to anyone who is interested or working professional including students undertaking courses related to the sector. Any organizations who wish to take up certificate for its staff can also apply for the same.

Modules:
The program would be divided into multiple modules and total learning time would be 4-5 hrs. this would be followed by an online assessment.
Following are the modules for the same-
Hotels
1. Social Distancing Practices
2. Personal Hygiene Practices by staff and guests
3. Workplace Cleaning, Hygiene and sanitization Practices (including waste disposal guidelines)
4. Management of stock, supplies and deliveries (inside and outside premises)
5. Reporting and Documentation of incidents and risks (including IEC Materials Display norms)
6. Guest Services
7. Handling Sick guest
8. How to cope with stress and anxiety?
